Boxing Cardio

This class is a high-intensity, sweat-inducing, full-body boxing circuit workout. It's the perfect blend of boxing, agility, core work, strength training and cardio conditioning all mixed with the mental challenge of staying focused and fighting through fatigue.

Boxing Strength

This class is a high intensity sweat inducing full body boxing circuit workout that focuses more on utilizing strength equipment, such as dumbbells, barbells, and kettle bells

🥊 Build strength with every round

Kickboxing

A high intensity, full body workout that utilizes kicks, knees, elbows, punches, and strikes into a full hour class. Combine this with cardio and strength conditioning and you have a sweat inducing calorie burning workout.

HIIT

This class is not your classic High Intensity Interval Training - We’ve taken it a step further. We do one or two major strength movements at the beginning of the class. After you’ve performed those, we then go into a 45 minute circuit that will leave you sweating, conditioned and exhilarated. We’re constantly changing the formats so that your body never adapts and the classes never get boring.

Pure Strength

This is a class designed to build exponential strength and put on muscle mass. There is no cardio in this class. This is all about GAINS - and getting stronger than you ever thought possible. If you’re looking to put on muscle mass, this is the class to come into. You get expert instruction on all the major lifts while charting your progress and making sure that you progress properly and are pushed appropriately.
